Association Management Overview

Northern Virginia Property Management (NVPM) utilizes a team approach in providing management services to all condominium associations. Our Managers provide professional service that assists association boards with the day-to-day management of the association. 


By teaming up with the Board of Directors, our Managers are able to:
  1. Find answers to board questions in a shorter period of time. In most cases within twenty four hours.
  2. Save association money by utilizing the skills of the board.
  3. Raise owner awareness of association issues thus allowing a quicker resolution to a problem an association is experiencing.
  4. Increase the marketability of an owner’s home as a well maintained association leads to a larger return when an owner sells their home.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Guidelines for Rusty Anchor Association

Northern Virginia Property Management would like to thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve your association needs. The preparation of a response to your Request for Proposal will encompass a number of hours on the part of our Manager and staff. Please allow at least 30 days for a response. Please provide us with comprehensive answers to the following questions. Your answers will enable Northern Virginia Property Management to formulate an approach to your management needs.
  1. History of organization (age - incorporation date and location, number of homes in the association, board size)
  2. Mission Statement (if any)
  3. Strategic Plan including organization’s Goals and Objectives
  4. Leadership Organization Chart (board/committee structure)
  5. Audit Report and recent Financial Statements - Required
  6. Annual Budget Report
  7. Bylaws
  8. Copies of Publications (newsletter, journal, directory)
  9. Copy of Conference Brochures, if any
  10. Calendar of scheduled organization event - Required
  11. Scope of Services - Required (Sample outline attached)
